OUR PROCESS

If you have an embroidery enquiry for your project, then please contact us or our agent Victoria Fraser at The Verdigris Room via our contact page.

We have an extensive collection of our embroidery designs available to view - not trend driven but

intended to offer a broad spectrum of techniques, although we do of course stay in tune with current trends.

We will get in touch and discuss your requirements. Samples can be loaned for client presentations – we just ask that they please come back to us intact!

As we work with bespoke designs we can produce in any colourway for your project or develop your

own ideas for embroidery and offer a full research, development, drawing, production and shipping service.

We mainly produce our work abroad – although we have the facility to produce short deadline projects in the UK using a machine embroidery service.

Our hand embroidery workshop has been working alongside us for over a decade and the friendship and understanding between our two companies means we are able to interpret design work effectively and within good time frames. We can produce samples prior to production for client approval and discuss pricing. Additional costs such as shipping can also be estimated.

With over 25 years’ experience of working with hand embroidery workshops in various places, we value the cultural traditions of the embroiderers and the skills they have are invaluable to us and our design work. We are respectful of their national holidays and religious requirements and timetable work in advance to maintain achievable deadlines for them.

By using them we have access to an extensive range of stitches, material and techniques, including historically classical through to beautiful interpretations of contemporary ideas by them. We are also able to source unusual materials for our embroidery projects through them.
